the reason its so fukked up in Chicago is because it is so extremely segregated, more than any other major city. Every city has their little areas but Chicago is far more segregated on a larger scale. So an environment was created where everyone is living shytty, they get frustrated, they take it out on their own people and the cops dont really give a fukk.

I don't buy the whole "well it's segregated so people are living shytty." That's pretty much like saying "well all black people are stuck in one area and that means none of us have the ability to go to college and get out and you know how nikkas don't know how to act." No one is stopping blacks from moving to better areas except black people. In 4021 I wonder if these same excuses will be made. It's not a race thing. It's a culture/class thing.

The crime is mostly limited to isolated spots around the south and west sides and it's not just black people shooting, a lot of it is Mexicans too.

Plus, think about it like this, if 8 months out the year absolutely nothing happens cause nikkaz can't go outside (wintertime), then having all of your crime concentrated into 4 months might look bad...but it really works out to be, over the span of a year, the same amount of crime that would go down in Atlanta or Houston or NO or Raleigh or LA where nikkaz are out year round.
