Someone answer me why no actors outside America, Europe, and South Korea can actually ACT

I understand the points my brehs un the thread making as far as the history of theatre and the culture of acting, but there are certain countries that have less of an acting/tv/movie culture that produce some fire. I also understand that what we consider good acting may be different, but I think the WORLD considers western acting to be the top tier and it would make sense that they had enough time to try and match our style, as far as MUSIC, the rest of the world is on our level, why not film?

Another thing that fukks me up is how these certain countries stand out on their region compared to everyone else. Mexico pretty much RUNS all content from Latin America, as far as output right. But the quality of theyre shyt is BASURA compared to BRAZIL. Same thing in Africa with Nigeria vs South Africa. The couple South African joints Ive seen, the Black South African actors are EATING almost all the native Nigerian cats.

India is just trash outside of a few action flicks, China like someone said fell the fukk off, Japan as always is just too over the top

Start with the vengeance trilogy if you havent already seen em. They make a good use of Asian and Western shyt their style is like a fusion

Brazil actors are top notch.

Honestly. People sweat British actors a lot. But while they can act. They don’t have to put as much effort into the roles as American actors. Someone pointed this out on this forum a while back. They dead ass don’t have to train for any accents except for an American accent cause they take our roles. But they literally just keep their same accent as default for whatever movie they play in. Whether it’s based in China, Russia, Germany, Africa, etc etc. They don’t put in as much work as American actors or get as much criticism when it comes to character acting.

It has something to do with money. Acting and film has a whole culture and industry around it in the west, and certain parts of East Asia. India and Nigeria are big industries but certainly don't have the same resources, whether it's money, acting schools or whatever, and also their cultures are several decades behind the developed world.

If you want to see good Latin actors look at Narcos. The weakest members on that show are the white guy from season 1 and Michael Pena All the Mexican and South American actors kill it
