Listening to "3 a.m." and it sounds weird without the accent because he's still rapping like he has one. The songs that never had accents ("Insane," "Deja Vu," "Underground") sound different because Eminem was rapping normally so his voice was adjusted for them. In order for this album to sound natural, you would have to change the cadences and delivery. Him bending the words like he did doesn't work without the accents.

:jbhmm: EM PROBABLY RECORDED
DIFFERENT TAKES WITH
AND WITHOUT THE ACCENTS.

THE ACCENTS WERE THE ONLY
BAD THING ABOUT THAT ALBUM.

Eminem didn't notice the accents at all when he was recording the album. It wasn't until Paul Rosenberg played some songs for people and they asked him about it. They thought Eminem had brain damage. :mjlol:
