Eh....that's a bit too dramatic IMO. I'd say the far left is 1080, the next is 720, then 480, and the last is a Gameboy.

You think I'm exaggerating but
You here is the issue with these so called comparison shots 1. Dvd which is 480p does not look that blurry even on big screen tv's. (DVD's do suck compared to blu-ray) 2. On a still frame there is no difference between progressive or interlace, its only noticeable in motion.
This is when it mattered. I can see the difference here quite easily.
PS3 version running at 640P and 360 version at 720p.

as long as it's in hd, i could really careless about numbers. the most drastic change i noticed, was when i went from the crt to just a 420p hd. i have a both a 720 and 1080p, but i believe the biggest leaps have already come about. it's funny cause as i sit here and look at these pictures, the majority just seem to have upped the sharpness on them. in games you'll notice slight differences like the lighting. my boy is always talking about 4k and he's an uppity type motherfukker. he's never satisfied until he has the highest specs possible. i'm good with what i got. the "advancements" won't be worth the money you put out for them.
