I'm a 3rd party tech dealing with small businesses. When they contact me about their issues, I act like it is their ISP's fault and call them first . But half of the time, I actually gotta do shyt or even go to their location and configure their devices or whatnot. I mean, I ain't ballin ballin but for a 23 year Puerto Rican who came from the hood, I'm winning to be able to support my family like I do. But IT was never what I wanted to do, I was basically forced into by my uncle who is a Project Manager for Oracle
