At this rate by 2024 NYC just gonna be unliveable.

Like 95% of the new developments I see are these ugly ass steel and brick and glass condos/apartments that look the same.

And they might as well put up "whites only" signs on these bytches cause that's alll I see inhabiting these. bytchmade hipster millenial cacs from flyover state USA that love the culture of NYC (before it gets erased by them) but hate the people that made it.

No way regular working class black and spanish families gonna have a chance to live in these places.
