So if 10 college grads had 10k in student debt each. They could all pay it off in 5-10 months with a 1k buy-in (+plus the calculated interest that last person will have to pay)

I think you’re confusing the idea of learning something from someone who is white and learning something from white people as a whole, implying that only they (white people) have the knowledge. Even so, the issue isn’t the actual learning from them, but you communicating the idea that white people have some monopoly on knowledge/skills.
