Of course Superman would win if he used his full ability and Batman (in the comics) has admitted that if Superman really wanted him dead he wouldn't be able to stop him even with Kryptonite.
The entire point of the rivalry is that Supes isn't willing to use lethal force against Batman and always holds back a lot. That combo of that plus Kryptonite/Super Suits/prep is why Batman can put up a fight.

Superman is so f*cking over powered its ridiculous.. Frost breath, eye beams, super human strength, bullet proof, fly and move at lightning speed, change time, etc.
I like DC but a Superman movie should only last ten minutes and a Superman comic should only be three pages at the most.

The thing is stupid. Superman would NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER try to kill Batman or anyone in some initial fight. He doesn't fight like Wolverine or Lobo. Whole premise is silly..just like the premise he's gonna use Superspeed in these group fights to knock everyone out. NO. He doesn't do shyt like that.

This is why I always hated dc comics.
Superman hasn't been that strong since the Silver Age. He can't move planets, can't run or fly at lightspeed or any of that. After reading some the current DC and Marvel (before the female Thor) I would say that Thor and Superman are about the same strength-wise. But it's true.....if not holding back (a whole lot) Superman kills Batman in 1 second. Prep time isn't helping.
