then bring in a new badass dude the following week that Carol falls for, but Melissa hates, just leaving Phil in the wind entirely. dude could move on after a week or 2 stating that if there are people in Tucson, there's a chance there are more, etc.

or not. either way, the show can't be Phil whining about not being able to bang Melissa too long.
