Yeah i don't think it's a dream.I think they just want you to mostly concentrate on the comedic dialogue and aspects of the show.Seems like the reasons and aftermath of why everything happened is the last thing they want the viewers to be concerned with.They just want you to take it for what it is.It's not walking dead.
