buzz media took control of sohh boards when the sohh boards came back powered by projectcovo which the url projectcovo was purchased in aug 08 by buzz media, ad revenue at sohh was always high up until last month, sohh had sh*tty servers in 07 i've posted threads linking to the case long before buzz media, felicia and her hubby did not care about the forums it was just the b*stard child sent off to boarding school



not to mention we ain't gonna forget when sohh tried to sue mak, im sure it wasn't the two jewish guys who threatened to sue mak, im sure it was steven and felicia as they love using that lawsuit word

I finally got word back from one of the SOHH owners.

Basically they said that by using the below names, I am infringing on their trademark:

Similarly, I can't use Project Covo. Continuing the use of any of these or similar terms could result in legal action so they've asked me to cease and desist usage of those names within the next 5 business days.

I don't particularly have a problem with that. I mean, personally, I think it's unfortunate that they're not willing to look more closely at a better solution for everyone but that's their prerogative to allow the appearance that they don't care about their forum-goers opinions.
