Yo, I think I kinda fukked up earlier watching a Traversy vid. He used Materialize(link). I tried it and it was kinda meh, then I saw it was abandoned and was like........why ppl keep bragging about this shyt.MUI been the shyt

Yeah it's dope as shyt. Chakra UI is another component library that's supposedly great.
Like you, I also made the mistake of confusing material UI with materialize and was gutted when I found out it's no longer maintained.
