Soda consumption is declining

I drink way too much Coke Zero I drink at least 150 oz of water a day though.

Most of these juices are just as bad as soda. I drink water (sometimes put lemon or orange slices in it) or tea with no sugar.

Soda isn't even appealing to me.... It's like carbonated syrup .

It's not refreshing either. Soda is like one of the worst inventions ever. I put soda and cigarettes in the same category

So glad I was having stomach pains 13 or so years ago it was so bad I gave up soda thinking it was the cause of the pains. But I was addicted to that shyt bad I would drink 2 litres a day easy. It ended up not being the soda butI never went back to it. Now soda doesnt even make sense to me its not even drinkable.

After that maybe a year or two later I gave up Gatorade and Ice Tea been just water and and obviously alcohol ever since.
