I haven't had a sprite for two weeks. I used to be addicted to Sprite like a crackhead.

Fresh squeezed juice isn't as bad as soda but how many people are squeezing oranges, lemons, etc. Juices from a juicer are good but again most people aren't doing that.

I was thinking of the minute maid shyt.

A teaspoon is 4 grams of sugar. A can of soda has 33g (or more)

I don't squeeze but I hit the juice bar about twice a week and get the kale, Apple lemon cucumber Jawn.

It's available even if you don't make it your self

didn't read all of it but that is amazing news. water is good for your health if you consum the right amount. a gallon of water a day will clean out your immune system and your piss will turn crystal clear. further more water will help your skin glow.

The feeling after drinking soda sickens me to the core man. The slimy aftertaste, hell I rarely drink juice. Water just makes me feel beautiful man.

And I drink a ton of water too but unless I'm in DR (and Florida sometimes) bottled water does absolutely nothing my filter won't
