The difference is that MOST of the people who catch AIDS in the Western world and spread it are men who have sex with men (and some women, causing high AIDS rates among Black women), whereas the FBI stated that most of the cocaine users (over 3/4ths) of cocaine users were White, even when it was destroying our community.
