Usually in coordination with some law enforcement entity. I could understand this if she was working along w/ Crime Stoppers to offer a reward for information, but she's not. What she's doing here - on FACEBOOK - is placing a bounty on their heads. It's irresponsible.


I can see why she probably doesn't want to do things responsibly.
