your stupid. your aunts plight is caused by white people not wanting to live in the suburbs anymore because a) the inner city is hipper and b) they don't feel comfortable living around your aunt. so they move elsewhere, displacing welfare queens, who have to find a place to live that they can afford. since white people are fleeing the suburbs, the area becomes cheaper, which means poor people move there. your aunts property isn't devaluing because welfare queens move there, welfare queens move there because it is devaluing. and from a white persons perspective, your aunt already devalued the area.nikkas ignoring my aunts plight & cryin about these welfare queens being 'displaced'
