Yea because he should’ve been locked up already from all this. It’s not like he’s the only person who ever had domestic charges, except this was on video. Some have had video surface, I remember it’s was a football player that had one before.

You dont get locked up from what transpired in the video. Cops would've arrested him and he wouldve been free hours later with pending cahrges. Most likely wouldve plead to a lesser sentence, or Cassie wouldve dropped the charges altogether. State could still pursue charges but he wouldve plead to something lesser and served no jail time.
