so khan isn't as loved as hatton in the uk?

Nah breh, maybe in the Asian/Pakistani community but as a whole nope, no-one currently in British boxing is at Hattons level of popularity. Theres something about Khan that people have struggled to like about him, ever since hes been a pro. When Floyd fought Ricky, 30-50k Brit fans turned up to Vegas to support him, Khan doesn't have that.

no only really the asians like khan over here

hes been forced on us ever since he won the silver medal, his chin was always suspect and he lacks charisma.

khan fought over here in his last fight and couldnt even fill up the 12k arena

we love floyd over here though.

I would like to see Mayweather/Khan...don't even really care if he's the best fight from a competitive aspect...it would be a fun fight and it's not like there are others out there that are sooooo much more worthy of a fight.

Still would be interested in Pacman.

Looks like a bleak landscape though.

Too bad he already killed Marquez.

If Manny looks good against Rios, you know that will be the most lucrative & interest generating fight out there. Manny might let go of his ego and take a smaller split for the chance to make the most he could make in a fight.

Nahh Im serious. Khan has troubled damn near every boxer he has fought in the opening rounds due to his hand speed. He can definitely catch Floyd early on and cause an upset
Khan is fast enough but has no power
U really think he gonna knock out Floyd :rudy:

sergio said he would go down to 150
Sergio needs to quit worrying about fighting Mayweather and get his ass rehabbed so he can fight GGG. LOL, at after that last GGG destruction Martinez felt the need to say we would fight him, then DiBella was like, wait that isn't such a good idea. :stopitslime:

I still think it was mostly Bob Arum. Mayweather thinks of himself as the main fighter - no matter who he is matched against, so I don't think he ever would've conceded anything to Manny...in the end Manny seems like the type of guy who would've given in to make the fight, because he just likes to fight.
Bob Arum though...he doesn't give a shyt about Manny other than making money off him and no way he lets Floyd act like it is his promotion. Basically I think Floyd said I'm the one who is the draw so fukk Bob Arum and Arum has been in the game too long and has too big of an ego, he told Floyd to fukk off and make it look like Floyd was ducking....just my opinion.

But there has been a lot of rumor that if Pacquiao ever breaks free of Arum, Floyd would be willing to do a fight. The perfect rumor has been Floyd fulfilling his 6 contract fight, being 49-0, and being a free agent to schedule Pacquiao for his 50th. That would be some dream shyt. :ahh:

Yeah that'd be piff if manny is hungry again and gets back on his shyt. We all know Floyd is on top right now, but I still think underneath all that bullshyt hes been going through lately, he still got it in him.

Hopefully that knock out humbled Pac, and he steps up his game. I'm a fan of both fighters, and would love to see it go down. It would make ridiculous amounts of money for everybody involved, and would be one of the fights EVERYONE has been wanting to see.

Man, if GBP tries to prop up Khan, again. :why:Oscar might as well call up Arum and buy Manny's contract out. Pacquiao makes more sense than Khan right now. :deadmanny: and all.

Saw somebody mention Maravilla. I wanted to see Floyd/Sergio @ 154 for the longest but he hasn't really looked good since that 12th round against JCC Jr.

Bernard Hopkins at 160 :bryan:

Saw him propose that fight and I don't wanna see it. Floyd's already undersized at 154 and it's not even an exciting fight on paper.

Plus, if Floyd takes Hopkins at 160 you open the door to the GGG's and Ward's. I wanna see Floyd challenged as much as his biggest critic, but Middleweight is reaching. He doesn't owe anybody that.
