WWE said women will be having SPEED matches so shouldn't take much adjusting for them to get their shyt in during three minute matches

They will be doing #1 contender mini tournaments to see who faces the champion in his next defense. Seems like this will be the format going forward. They show the match ups at the end of the championship match video.

Sometimes at a Raw, sometimes SD. Where they put it I'm not 100% sure. I'd guess before the show. If taped at a Raw it's probably either before or after the Main Event tapings.
