The feds do monitor the internet. That's a fact. They shut down not only megaupload but alot of Hip Hop forums as well when they cracked down on file sharing. This is what was put up when you visited the site:

So obviously the would have to monitor sites to determine whether or not there was file sharing taking place. Who's to say they aren't monitoring just because? Also, if any member here is under investigation and their online activity is being investigated then that would put a spotlight on the entire message board.
