So the time is coming up, post election, where every outgoing POTUS gets to pardon the 'turkeys', people who are politically connected, have a cause celebre, or maybe just an endearing story.

George HW pardoned the Iran Contra mob, Clinton pardoned fugitive financier Marc Rich. I don't remember who W pardoned.

But if Obama had his pick, who do you think he would let off the hook?

I really don't know but my longshot guess is Mumia Abu Jamal. Maybe some political or banking types too.

Any thoughts?

If Obama was bout that life he would pardon Mutulu Shakur..But he probably would pardon some CAC like Bernie Madoff

Those are some pretty good ones. Funny thing about Wall Street is that since Holder was too corrupt/lame to prosecute them, I'm not sure there are any to pardon

Not even sure that is possible cos Snowden hasnt been convicted yet...he got charged but never stood Trial
