One of the GOAT sitcoms. It was the kind of show that adults could get a lot out of along with kids. It was also one of the rare teen sitcoms where the adults were taken seriously and treated like actual characters that the kids looked up to and respected. :wow:

Even now, I feel like a lot of the show's lessons aged well, and it was underrated in terms of comedy.

In terms of pre teen/teen shows. Imo easily top 5:manny:
- saved by the bell is probably the goat
- wonder years ( pretty much laid the blueprint)
- i guess u include fresh prince, the characters spent most of the show in high school. But the actors were def in their 20s:patrice:

- but what i liked about boys meet world is that as the show went on. The subject matter got a lot deeper. But they also got a lot sillier with eric stealing the show the last couple lf years:mjlol:

I don't understand the hype behind that show? I watched it and never got into it. I think Topanga was one of the most overrated girls ever especially when you compared to the women on other TGIF shows like Family Matters

For sure it was one of my favorites at a certain age. Topanga wasn't overrated either, chick was bad...

I don't actually remember any episodes, but it was a good watch. I wanna say I vaguely remember when it went off air, and some network like Disney or Nick or something picked up syndication almost immediately. I see it went off air in 2000, I was 11, so that was probably last time I watched it but my guess is I was done watching it probably a few years before that on a consistent basis; I was into sports and black shows as my primary TV by that time...
