Nah, D-Bry will get it with a possible heel turn or neutral-ish 3 count by AJ; I think they should just make her full blown heel now. Its time, but the 'E will probably drag this shyt out till it gets stale.
Its too soon for Juan to get the belt just yet. At best, I think he'll prolly come out on stage with his music blasting and holding the brief case to the side looking at the ring then que the logo and fade out.
I say it should or might happen this way because he can still take the shine off something else that's not him and allow the upcoming shows to rely on some spontaneity of not knowing when he'll cash in; might bump ratings up a tiny bit.

What will happen: Punk pins Bryan clean. He and AJ celebrate. She's happy because she got back at Bryan. Punk moves on to Cena for SummerSlam. AJ falls into a diva feud and they drop everything that's interesting about her.
What Should happen: AJ gets knocked out on RAW and doesn't referee the match from the start. Bryan/Punk wrestle a good twenty minutes and then we have the ref bump. AJ comes running out and somehow ends up costing Punk the title whether intentional or unintentional. Bryan celebrates. Punk has to come at him with the rematch clause. HONORABLE John Cena decides to cash in at SummerSlam. Punk/Bryan/Cena wrestle a triple threat. Bryan wins again and moves on to a full program with Cena.

I doubt WWE even realizes that they are making Punk look like he can't win matches on his own. ...and then it'll proven true because Cena won't lose a third straight PPV match to Punk.
