Pretty sure this was answered, but if not, I'm sure this has to do with the frat Alpha Phi Alpha. I can tell because of the 06 in the name because they were founded in 1906. They have something with apes pertaining to their frat. Don't ask me what, have no idea (I'm part of another frat).
