Once it became clear that ITV world of sport wasn't coming back, The UK championship stuff became an afterthought.

The talent that signed with the E then went on record lyin saying its not an exclusive deal and they can still work elsewhere played themselves something

They shouldve let the cruiserweight and uk championships cook in NXT for a bit

Love Island's Adam Maxted to face WWE legend Rey Mysterio on UK TV

The tour visits Liverpool, Newcastle, Sheffield, Belfast, Aberdeen, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Dundee, Blackburn and Cardiff, with Mysterio appearing at all 11 shows.

Every event will be aired live to millions of homes on Thursdays from 7pm to 10pm on FreeSports.

It will be the first wrestling TV series broadcast live on a weekly basis from the UK and the only live TV broadcast of wrestling anywhere in Europe.

Fans can watch the action on FreeSports on Freeview, TalkTalk and BT channel 95, on Sky channel 424 and on FreeSat channel 252.

The ITV show was never going to work, those who like wrestling, already watch it. Those who use to watch it, either moved to MMA/Boxing or stopped watching it as they got older. Then you have, "it's fake" detractors telling people who already watch the product something they already know.

The reality show that Piper did over here got canned after 8 ep after it drew in 2.6m, when the first ep did 3.8m.

The die hards would watch, the struggle would be getting new viewers in, especially when they would put the show up against already established TV shows like The Voice on BBC on a Saturday evening. Putting wrestling on a Saturday evening in the UK, is just stupid. If the show isnt reality based and where people can participate at home they wont care for it.

We love a celebrity/reality TV show over here. Like Masterchef, Great British Bake Off to go with X Factor, Britain's Got Talent etc. At one point we had a Ski Jumping Reality Show which got canned because the celebrities kept on fukking themselves up.

Primetime weekdays is for soaps, Eastenders and Coronation Street, been running for 30+ and 50+ years.

US soaps are scheduled differently from ours. As an actor you suppose to use soaps as a platform to go on to bigger and better things like the Aussies used Neighbours and Home and Away not be lifers like Ken 'Player' Barlow or Ian 'Chip Shop' Beale. Idris Elba went from Family Affairs to The Wire.

Putting the belt on Naito only solves the problem they have right now. Kidani needs another young guy to push soon. Okada is still only 30 and already has legendary credentials which is good and bad. Naito is 35 so, like Goto 5 years prior, its now or never. They still have the young lions but the most promising one is still already 32.
