This is like asking if Southern European and Northern European both White.

The reason I say and I know some may get offended but "Black" is just a word/adjective. if you are looking at them as "Black" as in "African-American" then they aren't, but they are related. Some may tell you that they are more closely related to "Asians" or people from India and that may very well be true but it doesn't mean much when we all know where the source is. I would think that by now, most of the Coli should know that "Black" people has been all over the globe.
