No they never said that. Naughtydog said they'll keep making them as long as the fans want to.

Additionally, the co-president of Nauaghy Dog development also told sources they would keep making Uncharted video games as long as fans kept buying and playing them and that they had a lot more adventures in store for Nathan Drake. That’s great news for all Uncharted fans.
