Thoughts on Vince making Survivor Series 21 into a tribute to The Rock and him not showing up even via recorded message?
Agreed breh. I called AEW ROH Prime for the first year of its existence on here. Don't forget they stole TNA production crew then fukked them again with that Omega/Christian title reign. Promos with TK openly practicing his Mr McKhan character and shytting on their product that lead to no payoff. Only thing it did was kill their ratings along the way. You're right how they got to skip on alot of the flak from that. Interesting how the beards choose what to harp on.The hidden door was a joke because other than wwe everyone alreadyworked together. Pentagon and elp would show up in defy. The bucks in njpw and roh. Lucha underground runs by morrison, and the hardys getting gold everywhere.
so, other than AEW destroying roh by building their entire booking and fed around the elite, and then bailing before the roh MSG show...and now “the door” being aew instead of roh or impact...? What has changed?
btw the elite doing what vince did to awa and others, to ROH, really did not get enough flak
*Kenny’s matches have been good other than injury despite me hating the character and his terrible promo style
Pretty embarrassing. I think they easily couldve done the egg shyt (which sucked..bad...but i get it, it was money) and then the rock shyt the next day on raw to pop a rating, but at the end of the day nobody cares its the 25th anniversary of rock...it could be “the rock day”, nobody cares about the dateThoughts on Vince making Survivor Series 21 into a tribute to The Rock and him not showing up even via recorded message?
They do a lot of business moves that wwe or tna wouldve gotten killed for.Agreed breh. I called AEW ROH Prime for the first year of its existence on here. They pivoted off of growing their base when they saw Punk didn't move the needle. It was all this talk of "Welcome back lapsed/casual fans" in August/Sept. To "there's no such thing as casual fans" in October. They seem to be content with their diehards and the us vs them mentality. It's the ECW play. We'll see how the move to TBS and these quarterly specials go.They do a lot of business moves that wwe or tna wouldve gotten killed for.
btw, their fan base wont grow, because they cater exclusively to them. Which, to them, is a good thing. And fine, they can feed their 1 million fans. Their choice. But their fanbase are the smart marks who want “pwg / roh with a budget”. Its the same reason NXT went on a run because thats what peak nxt was. Now thats what aew is, so there was no purpose of nxt so wwe pivoted.
I dont want pwg with a budget as an entire fed
Bullet Club beenThey aint been shyt since this era.
In fact everyone but Tama peaked right here
Impact ratings been for over a decade.Agreed breh. I called AEW ROH Prime for the first year of its existence on here. They were doing OK for them in their state and every segment that Omega/Callous/TK plummeted their numbers. Went from doing 6 figures to 5. That relevancy lasted one week or two.Impact ratings been for over a decade.
AEW killing their ratings?
Certainly, he STARTED blooming here and youre right, hit his stride when he won g1 five years ago. i have no issue with his in ring other than his match formula bores me now because its been the same since that g1 other than adding moves to reference old matches...its just tired to some extent. But he is just corny as all hell to me now as a character.Bullet Club been
Omega peaking here? Dude was on one after he took over.
It was only when he joined AEW he declined. Even then he’s put on damn good matches; especially the one with Hangmayne at Full Gear.
Working with aew has benefited nobody other than a single nwa womens show, and DEFY and AAA if not for kenny’s injury, It was terrible for Impact and destroyed roh. They were doing OK for them in their state and every segment that Omega/Callous/TK plummeted their numbers. Went from doing 6 figures to 5.

Adding moves is not the same as having essentially the same match (other than the occasional time limit draw) for like 6 years. Thats ric flair shyt. My favorite match of his ever is actually the Goto finish at g1 climax because he did the finishers of the previous BC leaders to win...great stuff...since then, the kenny main event match is pretty much what he does, and the fact that you know what i mean when i say “kenny main event match” says a lot.Bro, that’s how every wrestler is though. They stick to a specific move set. You want mu fukkas to pull out new moves every match? People bytched about Cena and he started doing the Code Red and the springboard Stunner; and people still bytched.
You just got burned out from his matches. It’s dumb to blame his move set.
Man you the legend, glad to chop it up with you again fam
