lara is a good fighter but he gon get Rocked !! I predict a KO in the middle rounds...that is unless lara decides to pull a mayweather and box then maybe JUSSTTT maybe will he have a molecules chance of winning. canelo is only getting better tho so I don't see how he's overated. now Julio cesar chavez jr lmfao that's OVERATED !!

I'm probably one of Lara's biggest fans on here. Never treated him like a boogeyman. And the fact that everybody's picking Canelo to win kinda goes against that theory. Lara is one of the top guys at 154 though IMO.
I have Lara winning this fight simply because of his style. Canelo's weakness will always be slick boxers with good footwork. While we can debate exactly how "slick" Lara is, he's got great footwork. Canelo sits on his punches and has a hard time punching while moving. He has boxing skills so he'll always be able to outbox sluggers like Angulo pretty easily, but he'll always have trouble with boxers with good footwork that can throw while moving because he misses alot of punches and gets tired out. However, Lara does run the risk of getting hurt, because he's picked up a bad habit of having his hands low, especially when coming out of exchanges (which got him dropped against Angulo).
Either way, should be a very good fight

if canelo somehow loses, let's face it he's still gonna be a draw and sell tickets. kid is 24, he's not going anywhere, there will still be plenty of fights out there for him at 154-160 that i will personally tune in for.

Neither fighters im sold on but hey the best fights are the ones you can't pinpoint whose flaws will be the deciding factor on a fight. My only hope is that these 2 don't stink it out. I also still think its bullshyt that the WBA made Lara a paper champion.

Saw a vid the other day where Jeff Mayweather thinks Lara is the best competition available for Floyd. We as fans should be rooting for Lara to beat Canelo.
