If I were Lynch I'd sign Jacoby Brissett, draft a Day 3 QB, then bring in another UDFA QB

We usually have 4 healthy QBs when training camp starts and Brock probably won't be one of them, so they need to cover all their bases

I wouldn't want to spend any significant money on a vet qb. Nothing over like 3-4m. We tight on salary cap and we got two promising qbs on the roster, one of which we spent a lot of capital on.

Id be OK with just a drafting a qb late.

Rivers played very respectably his last year. If he's willing to take a cheap contract. I'd gladly have him on the squad.

I doubt this happens...they just need depth. most of these contracts are backups, with a few exceptions:
