The Media scene in V is for Vendetta is the clue
That one female trainer getting mauled to death and left in a pile of flesh and broken bones was intense.
However, the real scary kills and attempted kills that the animals pulled off were the ones that were orchestrated, not just rage moments. Like the one trainer who kept getting dragged to the bottom of the tank and killed slowly.

They know what they doing. And we know what we doing when we do it to them. Taunt gods children then act surprised when they snap brehs and brehettes.

Tilikum, SeaWorld killer whale in ‘Blackfish’ documentary, dies
Tilikum, the SeaWorld orca whale who inspired the documentary “Blackfish” after he killed his trainer, has died. He was 36.
The killer whale died early Friday, SeaWorld Orlando officials said. His cause of death has not yet been determined, but officials said he faced some “very serious health issues” as an older animal.
"Tilikum had, and will continue to have, a special place in the hearts of the SeaWorld family, as well as the millions of people all over the world that he inspired," SeaWorld President & CEO Joel Manby said. "My heart goes out to our team who cared for him like family."
Tilikum was SeaWorld's most prolific male orca, siring 14 calves since he arrived at Florida’s SeaWorld Orlando about 25 years ago. He was especially He was noticeable for his size, spanning 22 feet and weight 11,800 pounds.
