Everyone wants Granderson and Swisher benched. Unless you plan on rolling with Gardner and Ibanez in the OF (which would leave an open DH spot that one of them would take anyway), you can only do so much.

I'd agree if Jeter was healthy. Now that he's out Girardi's gonna want another infielder on the bench just in case, but then again Joe tends to lose the DH plenty.
