i lived in west palm beach and while it was nice, that shyt could go from the gated community suburbs and 500k homes to bad areas real quick. for example, a frkiend of mine lived on the inter-coastal in a super nice loft surrounded by yachts and hundred thousand dollar boats.. but right across the street it was the COMPLETE opposite..

the racial segregation tied with financial/class differences is so obvious and in your face in places like west palm beach and Florida

on one side of the street it'll be rich ass white folks, on the other side itll be poor people of color.

Broward, Palm Beach, and Dade are all the same. You have nice areas and you have hoods. In Dade your have your Liberty city, overtown, etc but you also have your Aventura, Brickell or whatever. Same with Broward and Palm Beach. I used to be like everyone else thinking Broward was soft until I moved there for a minute
