Mormonism is probably the most equipped for alien disclosure, so there definitely are going to be religions that will adapt.

Plus, you could argue that "Demons" and "Angels" have always been extraterrestrial, we just called them by different things because that was the extent of how humans knew back in the day. If the Bible is legitimate and someone really was taken into the heavens in a "Chariot of Fire"... There's a lot of wiggle room pastors and religious leaders can use.

Thinking about it, some angel encounters in the Bible tend to come with the "do not be afraid" phrase, implying that some of their appearances can be outright terrifying to the average person. So even the typical imagery of angels being some human in a white robe with wings might not even be true across the board. So, assuming the average Christian isn't off the deep end and is pretty reasonable (most I believe are, despite the loud and crazy Trump Evangelicals we see all over), they should be able to handle it after the initial shock.
