So they can bend gravity but can't avoid radar detection? I can't buy that. The US airforce has a few (publicly revealed) planes that can avoid radar detection to a degree. I’d imagine there are prototypes that are more advanced and haven’t been revealed.

The video says the UFO on the water stopped on a dime and sped away, then was spotted 60 miles away a couple seconds later by radar again. That at least seems like possible human tech to me, given our ability to track it.

Or maybe they just don't care to avoid radar? Or perhaps radar is something that's very hard to get around. Not that high tech, but very hard to fool. Kinda like a dogs nose. Not very high tech but it's hard to fool a dogs nose.
