How would you enforce that? Most of the times the officials dont blow the whistle until a split second before the ball is snapped. You wouldnt be able to stop the process at that point.

He actually was. He said that this morning on the radio here. His process wasn't disrupted b/c of Carroll calling the timeout, he just messed up by short stepping into the kick. If anything the timeout gave him a chance to kick it correctly & he did that.

I'm not just talking about that one. There's been alot of instances where the kicker will miss the first one then make the second.

But I've Seen Instances Where The Kicker Knows The Timeout Is Called And Makes A Lil Chip Shot To Measure The Distance And People Go Nuts Saying "Aww Man They Should Have Never Called Timeout Cuz He Missed!!"

If you look at the kick pre snap, right as Carrol's calling the timeout, Bosher, our holder calls for the snap & Bryant approaches the kick the exact same way he does for every kick. They didn't change their process b/c of a timeout possibly being called
