That was when Batista, Cena blew up...rhe women wrestling was legit...Eddie and Rey were getting the highest rated segments on Smackdown...Angle was still considered good...WGTT was on fire..Lesnar was put over like a star by Rock after Austin walked on him.. Raw was terrible with Katie Vick stuff...burials of RVD, Kane, Steiner, Booker T, a walk Nash push. That was all in just over a year...lol. Then that Cripple H/Eugene stuff was pushed over Benoit's reign...Cripple H buried Blaney at Rumble 05 for no reason.

Ratings didn't move up respectfully until the Cena super push on Raw.

Yeah except Batista only really blew up after Jan 05..he wasn't over at all in 2004(Summerslam 04 where he came out to crickets) while Smackdown was popping.

Blandy got a semi pop at Summerslam 04..he was ahead of Cena technically because he won the belt from Benoit clean while Cena was just a US Champion who rarely lost. Then they fukked him over..acting like he was the Rock..changing his promos to comedy and all of that. Lol. Fans turned on that shyt big time at Rumble 05 and basically every week until he turned heel on Stacy to fight Taker.

It wasn't the Rock's job to put over a WCW main guy like Booker T who was a Rock copy cat. So that doesn't even make sense to bring up. The Rock didn't have to put over anyone..could of political and just squashed people but he didn't. He put over Hurricane..two weeks later, Cripple H squashed Hurricane like the Rock program never happened Hurricane never was the same again.

Rey Mysterio is one of the greatest draws ever...how the fukk can him being pushed kill the business. You don't know what youre talking about. You don't have a clue..a inkling of what good wrestling is. I mean..you think Cripple H is a star for goodness sakes...a guy fans were chanting to retire in 2009 after he was carried out on a stretcher a month after WM 25

Steiner came in hot at Survivor Series...if they can push Mahal, Khali...all that kind of shyt, they could of found a way to utilize him as well considering his credibility. So that don't fly. Just lazy booking.

Cena was a overpushed product fans rejected one year in and they kept going with it..creating a odd narrative of "any reaction is a good reaction" to fight fans turning on him so completely time and time again. Basically it was the WWE pimping the fans...lol

Askua has definitely been MVP of the WWE shows of late. Hopefully Vince doesn’t just think of her as a comedy character and put her in a R-Truth role and leave her there. Hopefully when this is over, she becomes a main-event player again and still be entertaining. Especially since it looks like Kari looks to be leaving soon
