emergency precautions

help from the federal government

help from the state government

best plan of action for all residents affected by the storm

safety plans for the worse model and for the best model

is reading comprehension that low on the IC

what does taking preparations for a storm have to do with hurricane katrina and the levees?

even if everybody followed the precautions of what you said. the federal government still is responsible for the failure of those levees when they KNEW that it would have been a problem if a hurricane had came through.

do you know how many people lost their homes because of that major f*ck up? the levees failing COULD have been prevented had the government gave a f*ck. it's NOT like they didn't know it was a problem either. they knew for years and yet they felt it wasn't important enough to be dealt with.

And that the gov't left majority of low income black neighborhoods to be flooded...y is this cac still in green?? Shout out to all my ppl who had to relocate or lost everything they hd because of that shyt....now thats boss shyt:boss:
