at you negging me, RTS is my favorite bus but I got love for those V CNGs.And there not rebuilding the 96 Novas, there just fixing them up so they can last until the next new bus order, back in the 90s they rebuilt this batch of GMC RTSs around when they was 15 years old and they ended up running in service for like 25 years
The news just dropped today there gonna order a big batch of new buses (690) with a option of 700 extra buses to replace the old High Floor buses here, all of NYC RTSs is on borrowed time

They're really serious about this 12 year bus replacement cycle. Now if they would only buy buses that can last twelve years. Everything is so bytchmade now. Even buses. They don't even rattle anymore.
