Doesn't have to be. The first step, and this is just a thought, we need to validate ourselves. We need to simply refuse on a unified (enough) level. That's how USA got started. I mean really, why the hell should we be speaking a specific dialect of English or even trying to pretend like any of these other societies will ever accept us? On a personal level, I think things are really fine for the most part. That is where people get blinded. On any larger level, we're being erased continually meanwhile literally fighting for our lives. So we should just pick a spot and declare independence. It truly could not be that hard with the technology we have access to. We would not be the first or last group to attempt a coup, violent(hope not) or otherwise.

I went to school with families who got a history of that and my Great Grandfather (God rest his horny soul) gave alot of b*stard children our lastname over in the DR to the point where we had dudes coming fresh off the boat, coming up on the job like "HERMANO!" with valid fukking documents to our local bloodline and using our names to get shyt done/expedited since they got a local last name. China is investing world wide though, not just Jamaica. Their banks, Government and Rich are buying out land and business everywhere.

This is very dangerous because the Chinese will squeeze you from the top and from the bottom.

They're a minority that own a sizeable portion of the capital in the country, disproportionate to their population, yes.. It's the same thing in Trinidad (where my mother is from.) and most of the Caribbean.

He definitely gassed it, though.. It's not becoming a racial heirarchy. As a matter of fact, if you speak with Chinese-Jamaicans, they tend toward the idea that they are discriminated against on a governmental level.

I would say it's alot like a Black neighborhood in America that has nothing but nail salons and Check cashing places owned by Chinese ppl who don't live there or otherwise affect the residents of said neighborhood (outside of taking low paying jobs away from Black people.)

The issue is really that they don't give back to native Black Jamaicans as much as they should.
