On a serious note, I always think of two particular women that I know when the subject of pregnancy changing bodies comes up. One, you would've never known she was pregnant. She didn't really start showing until the final few weeks, and afterwards looked the exact same as before. The other woman got back to her pre-pregnancy weight, but all the little changes that happened while she was pregnant were permanent. Her nose and her feet are a lot bigger now. Interesting stuff.
