ok brehs...have to do this all over again but i have a question. Now that ios 8.1.1 is out...its asking me to update to it but i havnt yet. Im on 8.1.0 right now....the problem is this time i updated to it OTA. Ive heard you have to update through the computer in itunes to not run into any problems trying to jailbreak. What do i do if im already on ios 8.1 through OTA? If i restore will i be able to update back to 8.1 and not 8.1.1? Let me know.

download the 8.1 firmware

open itunes, and hold alt or option to choose and navigate to your downloaded firmware.

Download Pangu and jailbreak.

Once that's done:


1. Open Cydia

2. Tap Sources

3. Tap Edit

4. Tap Add

5. Type this url in the box (cydiasource,n e t) without the spaces and switch coma for a dot in the url.

6. Tap "Add Source"

7. Install the package labelled "All Sources".

This will give you all the best Cydia Sources to have access to all the best Tweaks, Apps and Themes for FREE.
