2K confirmed this before they even released 2k12 bruh.
They said they changed up some things and didn't have time to put that stuff into the final game. They didn't even have alternate uniforms playable online
All that will be in 2k13 and things like what this threads topic is about will be an afterthought

well they said it's a pre-order only feature, when people tried to reach out to 2k sports about if it would be available for purchase after release they didn't respond. also I think I read with association the all star weekend feature will be the same as 2k12 (same venue, etc) if you don't pre-order.
I'm not paying extra for that bullshyt. These ho ass games wanna suck every penny from a nikka (no homo) with that DLC shyt. I refuse to purchase any of that shyt
