is there an option to turn this off?
In the film room and arcadium with the right hand nav on 1280 (non-retina) it makes the default view kinda cramped/busy, but even worse, once you scroll down past the right-hand-nav, it's just 40% whitespace on the right and makes the thread titles get jammed up for no reason.

sidebar makes it a lot harder to read and makes any thread title longer than one line look like a paragraph. an option to hide the sidebar would be fine.
