I’ve heard that too.....but....don’t sleep breh. DC dudes are deep as fukk in the Feds. They are a factor at damn near every Federal Facility. It’s the Captiol District, they don’t have a a state pen breh, all them nikkas get shipped to the Feds, so they have no choice but to be deep everywhere. I’ve been told by more than one person who been locked down at that level that you come out better getting down with DC Blacks or even BGF than you do Bloods and Crips behind them Fed walls

Its moreso Bloods than Crips who gonna have problems in the feds. Some parts of the feds are on some shyt called NBA - No Bloods Allowed. Got bloods taking shahada, learning arabic prayers and growing long beards so they can hide behind islam. They cant function in general population and got their own segregated units.

But when the cacs came lookin for him the detective said he was one of the politest people he’s ever dealt with in his years on the force. Saying ‘please’ and ‘sir’ all day. I agree with what you said about the guy in the vid....he comes off as believable because there is no rah rah in his voice.
Wayne Perry's name only rings bells outside of DC because of his affiliation with Alpo. Other killers from DC perhaps resent that all of DC is being portrayed as being shook of WP.
DC was the murder capital of America as the guy points out, AND from Po's own mouth there were SEVERAL attempts on his life or set ups...both before and AFTER people knew WP was down with him. If WP was the figure he's portrayed as..the plotting against Po would have stopped after his public connection with Wayne.
I disagree with him about Wayne having to rob because Po wasn't feeding him. People use the term psychopath, sociopath, but I think both terms really fit WP. Robbing and killing was he he was, it wasn't what he did. Also, robbing a killing people constantly kept his rep. up in the streets.

Couldn't have said it any better. If Wayne was that feared Alpo would have been walking around D.C. with 0 worries,nikka almost got killed twice and nothing happened.
I'm not doubting Wayne wasn't about his business,but as i said before I never really believed he was as feared as they made it seem,and dudes stories put it all to rest now

About the NY/DC beef. There was a video that came out perhaps in the early 1990s... a precursor to the worldstar foolishness of this era. If I remember correctly it was DC guys filming themselves randomly attacking people who walked by....knocking them out...pissing on them.really demonic shyt
