He said Wayne did his thing but he knew who to fukk with and who not to fukk with,and Alpo was shot twice by some D.C. nikkas and Wayne did nothing about it because the cats who shot Alpo was serious nikkas.

Gotta watch the whole thing because it's multiple times Perry is mentioned and dude basically says nobody in DC who was gettin it fareal was worried about Wayne.

Also it makes sense because he says Wayne still wasn't well off,and still had to rob nikkas and put other moves together while protecting Alpo,when he actually should have been eating well because he was protecting Alpo and Alpo should've been taking care of him.
