They gave out tickets for parking?

A bunch of black churches were at this park peacefully just BBQ playing games etc, we all had permits to be there but the cops were called because supposedly we were parked illegally on the road.
They just came and started writing tickets not even communicating with us to move our cars.
About 3 cop cars came and it was resolved the wouldn't write Anymore tickets and we were allowed to keep out cars in the same spot.
