It felt like a series finale. I thought they were setting up season 3 with Holder saying they found a new body, but Sarah got out of the car, indicating she wanted to get her life together. I saw it as a series close.

Not really. It's not in the top ten of rainiest cities. Tallahassee sees more rain than Seattle.

I liked it a lot.

The history told through fiction was executed pretty good.

Near the end it looks like they had to compact or cut some story lines for the finale. It doesn't hurt the show though, I just wished it lasted longer than it.
