The fact that we know climates change regardless of what we do makes me go:yeshrug:

We like to pretend our effect on the planet is more than it really is. Like the Sahara used to be a Savannah. TF we pretending like we know if this is normal or not :mjlol:

All we do know is that our Fossil fuels fukk the air quality up but, the earth don't give a fukk bout us. It will do what ever it was gonna do regardless of what we do.

Climate change aka fukkin up the environments where we built our cities. We die out from fukkin up our built environment then the earth just goes back to normal until another intelligent species with thumbs does the same.
Why must we take this very European viewpoint? They always viewed themselves as a separate, opposing force against nature. :francis:

I prefer the Asian and traditional African model of "being one with all creation". In modern terms, this viewpoint is similar to saying Earth is ONE biosphere. Not a biosphere and a sepetate organism (out of billions) that thinks its special.:yeshrug:

Im not on some hotep/Chakra nonsense, but WE are the planet. We are an expression of it. Think about how your genes are 60% of the same genes from a damn banana, but just expressed differently. Or even how 61% of your genes have analogs in the fruit fly you swatted when you were nine.

The planet and its inhabitants are all connected and cannot be judged as good or bad. It just exists. Your viewpoint is like the arm criticizing the little toe.:unimpressed:

I think we really need to look within ourselves, cause yes...."we" all play a part in this.

While I always look at eco warriors as some weirdo cacs.....there is a part of me that :mjcry: at mother nature crying out. I'll do my part, recycle more, use less this or that.

If pople can spend energy worshipping celebs, they can at least make that concious effort to play their part. :francis::francis::francis::francis::francis::francis:
Voting is the solution. Most of the time people elect representatives that don't give a fukk about the environment.

Not everybody is going to change on their own. We need to be coerced by laws we agree on and stop our own fukkery.
